"I called and left a message which Mr. Collins responded within 24 hours. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone as we set up a work order. He came the same day to pick up our snowblower and take to his shop for repairs. The repair was completed within a couple of days. We even got the snowblower back earlier then previously arranged which was a big plus. The repair cost was very fair and right in line with others that did similar repairs. "There are always surprises when making home repairs. My window had to be adapted to accommodate the AC size and we had to find the circuit for the proper outlet Dick had the supplies he needed to get the job done and made additional adjustments so that I can take out the unit in the winter.
