"I called and left a message which Mr. Collins responded within 24 hours. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone as we set up a work order. He came the same day to pick up our snowblower and take to his shop for repairs. The repair was completed within a couple of days. We even got the snowblower back earlier then previously arranged which was a big plus. The repair cost was very fair and right in line with others that did similar repairs. We have since used the snowblower and it works great. I will definitely call on Collins Repair's LLC again! "Dan repaired and re-grouted a few areas in our shower. He cleaned and sealed the grout around the shower tile and on the tile floor. He also re-caulked the periphery of the entire tub and around the glass block window. He spent a lot of time removing all of the old caulk and did a fantastic job of re-caulking. I wish the people we had remodel the bathroom would have done it as finely as Dan did. He was friendly, very skillful at his job and cleaned up perfectly after the job was done.
