"I contacted N. Chasen and Son to replace our shutters. While working on the quote for the shutters via email, a wind storm tore some trim off our house, so I asked if they could include that as part of the work (as well as replacing some siding and a louver). They sent someone out the next week to check the shutter dimensions and determine what was needed for the trim, siding, and louver. They suggested repainting the louvers instead of replacing, and sent me a quote for all the work and to get it scheduled. On the scheduled date, Marcus was on time and very friendly. He walked me through everything they were going to do and explained that the shutters were on backorder and would be in later in the week, but he replaced the trim and painted one of the louvers (he needed a longer ladder for the second). He had to return a few times to finish the work, but he made sure it was all completed and the quality is fantastic. I'm very pleased with my experience with N. Chasen and Son and will definitely hire again when I have need."

The day work was to begin, Jay showed up at the designated time. He and his co-worker got right to work removing the cabinet doors and prepping them. The kitchen boxes were taped off for spray painting. The doors were taken back to a shop for spray painting. Jay communicated with me throughout the week to let me know how work was progressing. Prior to the final day, I asked Jay if he would be able to repaint the walls, since I hated the color I picked.
