"I've been using Precision for around the last 2-3 years for our rental property business in Lenawee county. They have done at least 6 jobs for us, maybe more. Everything from small projects when we swapped interior doors at a property and needed them painted, to large projects like a whole house interior paint when a tenant moved out. They have even done some exterior work where we replaced some siding and needed color matching. They are always on time, willing to work with my requirements, have clean lines, and don't make a mess. As a business owner, I'm a little high maintenance and it is always refreshing to find companies that can meet our needs. We use different finishes depending on whether it a kitchen/bath vs bedrooms/common areas, and have specific color schemas we use across our rentals. Every time they deliver quality and we won't use anyone else."
