"From the start Roman was a pleasure to work with, he came out gave an estimate including that there may be additional plywood that needed to be replaced after walking the old roof (this wasn't a shock to me) The work was scheduled and the workers arrived early, did the complete job in one day and cleaned up the work area so you'd never know they were there. I had a minor problem with the boot on one vent pipe and Roman had someone out the next day to replace it. Roof looks fantastic, was the price quoted, pleasant people to work with and a functional roof you can have faith in as they stand by their work 100%. "The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. Igor also came out the day after the repair work was done and water tested the repair to ensure we would no longer have any water leaking into the house at that location."
