I had been up on the roof several times and knew that there was a less expensive route to attempt. I really appreciated David telling me what he thought was the root of the problem. He told me that it would be a couple of weeks before they would get to the work. I gave the customer service 4.5 out of 5 because I had to call to find out the date after waiting several days to be notified when they would come out to the property. Also, I had to email the day prior to ensure they were coming so that I would be home. Each communication was met with a prompt response. Even when I asked about a new issue that I discovered, it was responded to that day. The work was done well and the crew cleaned up very well. I went up onto the roof a day after the work was done. We had a hard rain a few days later and the result...no leaks! In addition, Family Roofing discovered another problem that I had with the flue for the gas furnace. This was another issue that I was aware of and I had them replace it on the spot. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend Family Home Improvement for roofing work. "Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."
