We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

"There was no fine print on what type of cleaning it will be and what was included. When contractor showed up, they said there was shingle dust in the gutter and will require them to use a power washer to clean the gutter and charge extra for it. Since I had prepaid for the cleaning, didn't have much choice but to pay extra. Not sure if power washing should have been included in the service. The roof cleaning was another quick blow with a leaf blower. Felt that paying $300 for an hour of cleaning (2 people) seemed a lot."
