"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "The first company I went with gave me an estimate of $7000. I decided to call All American and they gave me a great price and also did an awesome job. I actually paid $3165 to install gutters by the other company and it was not a good job. They only did the back of the house for that price. To be correct, they did clean and seal the gutters. After they left, there was no way I can pay an additional $4000. At that point I called All American to get an estimate and they quoted $2394 for the whole house. They were able to fix all the bad work and re do my gutters for the entire house."
