"Overall, service was good. We needed gutter cleaning on our 2 story, 2500 sq ft home. A friend currently uses Atlanta's Best and recommended them to us. I got a quote online for $125, less a $20 discount for new customers. The crew had to reschedule our first appointment the day of due to getting delayed on a previous job, but their communication was good and kept us in the loop the whole time. The office rescheduled us and got a crew out within a week of the initial appointment. I wasn't home when the guys arrived, but I came home to not only clean gutters but a clean driveway, walkway, porch, etc.. "Fabulous!! Had about 5 workers doing the job. Driveway goes down the side of the house & around to the back. Did under the deck by hand. Enlarged the area at the landing of the deck stairs. Did an excellent job where there is a slope that the driveway splits & goes up an incline to the house & down the drive to the back of the house. Edging is beautiful. Had large professional equipment. Very pleased with the job & highly recommend."

"J & M Construction in Montoursville is the best I've ever used. They were not the first company i called and had 2 different quotes prior to their's. When J & M Construction gave their estimate it was so much lower! I couldn't believe it. I appreciated the fact that they told me the actual price of materials and therefore did not  upcharge me, I only paid for their hard work. The contract was very detailed and the time frame that was in the contract I thought woud be pretty hard to get done. But they did it with no problem and made sure to keep me up to date as they followed through to be sure that I liked the progress they were making or if I had different options such as closet door handles etc. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. After the job was complete, I was looking out the window and saw that the J & M Construction Montoursville vehicle was pulling in my drive. I went out and John had come with a mechanism with a magnet and went all the way around my house to pick up any nails that could have been left behind. That was so thoughtful especially since I have children. J & M Construction is licensed to do Commercial or Residential and all phases of construction. I give them a 10. <br />"

"There was good and bad about them. They did a fine job. I got on the roof to inspect it afterwards and it was excellent. They were very quick and unobtrusive. They were very sloppy with our property though. They left a large number of nails in our lawn. Even after we called them to ask them to come out and clean up, we were still finding nails. They just weren't too concerned about keeping our property clean. They really broke some stones and their equipment damaged our driveway badly."
