"Bill did an excellent job of filling, sanding, and painting the columns, vigas, and latillas. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."

"I contracted Just Stucco to re-stucco my entire house after getting quotes from 4 places. It wasn't cheap, but the quotes from different companies were all in the same ballpark. This is the post-COVID reality. The owner/supervisor was very confident of his price and his company's craft -- there was no pressure sales tactics or mind games at all, which gave me confidence. Indeed, the work went exactly the way he described it would go, with no delay or any cause for anxiety on my part. Halfway through I asked him to also repaint my garage door and water drainage; they gave me a reasonable price for that, and the foreman even painted faded areas I didn't have time to ask him to do. Overall I was very satisfied. One always have to wait a bit to see how the new stucco withstand the New Mexico weather, but I don't anticipate problems. "They did accomplish the job, but did not seem very knowledgeable about electronics and how they are wired.  Father and son operation, and the son knew a little bit about how to hook up my various peripherals, but I had to direct regarding some of the hook-ups.  They did a professional job of the through-the-wall wire installation, but left a minimal amount of "play" in the wires, I so have difficulty cleaning behind the cabinet in which my devices were hidden, or accessing the rear of the devices.  But it all works now, and the Angie's List Deal was inexpensive.

"Sergio arrived punctually and analyzed the materials he would need for the repairs. He went to a local near-by hardware store and purchased the necessary sheet rock, which I paid for as it was an extra item. In order to get at the damage, he had to pull off a large 4x4 section of peg-board that itself had been torn. We discussed what might be done to replace,the peg-board but made no decision at that time. I left him to do the work, but when I returned, he had removed the peg-board so carefully that it could be remounted and used again, over the now completely repaired and re plastered damage! He also had spied a crack in the garage ceiling that I had overlooked, and repaired it with tape at his own initiative! Impressive work! I would call upon D&R again for this kind of repair. They also do other kinds of construction work, such as replacing cracked sidewalk or worn driveways."
