"Electrician is good to work with and explains the work to be done very well. I was surprised about how fast the work was done! He originally came out to provide an estimate and I explained the kitchen remodel I was doing, where I would like extra sockets and what would be moved. I had planned to remove the first 48and quot; of sheet rock from the walls as I was going to do some plumbing work, and was necessary anyway to reroute the range and dishwasher power, and add all those sockets (it would be easier to start again with the drywall than fill the holes etc. from both the electrical work, old cabinet removal, and previous damages!. The quote was on a per socket/box basis and I added a couple of things which added a little to the cost as expected. He will be back to install recessed lighting in the kitchen. <br />"

I had to call his office several times and it is just him and his wife. His wife answered the phone, but then it would be several days before he ever got back to me. The work was fine and I did not have a problem with the work that he did. I don't really have anything really good or really bad about it, It all seemed to be adequate. I appreciated his honesty. It was installed to the satisfaction of KUB technician. The cost of installation of water meter and rain sensor as well as sprinkler head adjustment (around $450 including all parts excluding $50 meter fee we paid to KUB )was lower than expected as it took him less time than originally estimated. "Two electricians ( Chad and Jason) came to do the work . They were very punctual and professional. They answered my questions and cleaned up everything. Work was completed quicker than I had anticipated. Everything works great. I was very pleased with the work they did. On a side note Chad noticed I had some Termite damage under my house which I am grateful for because I would not have noticed it until it was major damage. I immediately called a local pest control company and they verified there was active termites. So I contracted them to take care of the problem.
