"I purchased their big deal and received a call almost immediately from Tracy. She had a couple of employees who finished up their other jobs a little earlier than expected and she was able to send someone out to me that day at 2:00 p.m. Byron arrived a little early and he was an absolute workhorse! Some of the items he did included extensive drywall repair in four bathrooms, hanging mirrors in two bathrooms, installing a security latch on a basement door, installing two light fixtures, running caulk on a finished countertop andn a couple of other smaller items. Also, while he was there I noticed that there was water seeping from the faucet in the kitchen. Byron voiced concern that due to the age of the faucet I might have to buy a new one. He said he would do his best. He took it apart, cleaned it and the put it back together and there is no more leak. He also cleaned the clogged piece at the end of spigot so that I would get better water pressure.
