Jason and his crew were outstanding and very professional...took 2 plus days to install and all was completed as agreed upon. Price might be a little higher but the end result was truly worth it. "Having a large corner lot I had several estimates and my wife and I didn't go with the lowest we considered may factors and we decided to go with Fencepro. They removed my old fence and also delivered some of my old fence panels that two of my neighbors had marked, to their homes for no charge. They were very attentive to my pants and sprinkler system. They followed the top of the fence making it level, when the fence was done, there were gaps at the bottom of the fence. Having a dog, my wife and I were concerned that he would get out. Fencepro came out and filled in the gaps between the bottom of the fence and my yard with fence planks. Some of the boards on the panels were split. They came out the next week and went board by board and replaced every split or cracked board without hesitation. Have replaced 49 6x8 panel that was a lot of boards. They kept saying we want you to be 100% satisfied. After they were done you could stand at one end of my long fence and look down the line and see a straight line. And that's is exactly what you should see once a fence is installed. My fence was installed April 8th 2018. I waited 1 year and 1 day to write this review because I have had some minor issue with they fence and Fencepro was always there to help and always wanted me to be 100% satisfied. My dog has never gotten out under the fence I can still look down my long side of my fence and see a strait line and i am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Fencepro. J. Sammarco"

"I did a lot of research before I found Fencescape. I originally looked in the local mailer magazines and called around. I received a few estimates. The first company spelled my name wrong and thought I was a woman. They seemed to have more important things going on. Another told me they didn't have time to come out to my house due to how busy they always are and would would not be able to give me an estimate. I really got the feel that for the majority of the contractors that it was about quantity, while quality was no where to be found. Upon later discovering all of the poor reviews amongst those same contractors in BBB as well as Google, I decided to try Angie's List.
From Angie's list, I had already called two or three fence contractors and gotten nowhere, when I finally called Fencescape. Wayne Jimerson not only actually answered the phone, but told me he could be at our home in 10 minutes. This is exactly what I was looking for. Upon meeting Wayne, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me a fair price. He also told me that they built their fences completely onsite (which was the opposite of the pre-built quantity contractors), and that they reinforced their wood gates with metal that prevented sagging. The posts would be set in concrete, and they wanted our job. This was a winner. Finally, someone that made our request feel valued.
It took about three weeks before we could build due to needing approval from our HOA and Fencescape fitting our job into the schedule. The build itself took a 2-man crew, two days. One day to set the posts in concrete and install the runners, and a second day for the slats. They were at our house at 6:30 each day, and completely gone when I got home from work at 4:00pm.
The finished product is exactly what we were looking for - a quality job. The fence is built exactly to the specifications of our site survey; while the gate is solid as a rock. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I would highly recommend Fencescape to anyone looking for a "quality" new fence at a great price.
