"OK, so Mr. Frank was very professional. All his team was very professional, very polite. They were on time and they went far and beyond of what they were supposed to do and did not charge me more than what they said, so I am very very very satisfied with the work that Frank did, and I wanted to thank him team for being so wonderful and such a great People, we don’t get that anymore in America, but he definitely gave me that. And I’m so happy that I hired him. I had five different people that I got proposals from, and I called all of them multiple times to check on things. And definitely Frank. He definitely made this right. So if anybody needs a Plumber, that’s the guy needs to be hired once again. Thank you very much for all your services. And I recommend Frank to anyone that needs plumbing work done Thank You,"

"Review for 10-19-20 Silver Spring, Md. home I called Douglas & Son Plumbing to replace an old frost free outdoor faucet. Shawn Douglas plumber installed the new frost free exterior faucet that was twelve inches long and inside my house installed a shut off valve; furthermore, the plumbing code recommended. He neatly cut a small square box in the panel in the Den to find the pipe. After he found the pipe he installed a shut off valve for the frost free exterior faucet. His measurement was exactly correct to find the hidden pipe behind the outdoor wall. He explained that the exterior faucet should have a separate shut off valve. He had great rapport with the customer that is me and I was impressed that he used a lever to balance the frost free exterior faucet. I do not about any customer that was not satisfied with his work but he receive a five star rating for this job."

"We had a couple of companies give us estimates for replacing our HVAC system. Snell was not the least expensive but after researching systems and costs, I was able to determine that the Lennox system was superior to what the other companies were offering. The installation was completed on one of the coldest days of the year. The install crew was great. They were careful, respectful, efficient, and their workmanship was very professional. They took the time to review the installation components and what our expectations should be with the system. They went over the digital thermostat settings and how to adjust them. They were quick to respond to a concern we had with the humidifier. They completed the work in the time frame we were given."

"My basement was flooded last week, and I wanted to make sure my sump pumps are working properly.  So I called JCTHI, and the owner Juan Carlos stopped by today to check on the sump pumps.  While he's here, he even helped me solving a problem I have with my radon mitigation system free of charge.  The manometer showed a "zero" reading for the past few months, and I thought this thing was broken until Juan Carlos pointed out the "zero" reading was caused by a pinched tube due to improper installation.
This is the second time I used their plumbing services, and I am very happy with their services and professionalism.  Will definitely use their services again in the future.

"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service... Owen did a great job and I'll definitely reach back out to The Pipe Doctor for future plumbing needs!"

"My Plumbing Heroes, owner Jonathan responded within minutes to my emergency call for help with a backed up sewer line and leaking toilet base. He arrived and promptly assessed the issues. He snaked the drain and got it flowing freely. Since the toilet ring needed replacing I asked if he could install a new toilet as well and he had one on his truck. He knows his business. He installed the new toilet. It looks great! He cleaned and sanitized the areas he worked in. The charges were very, very reasonable. Jonathan is very professional and personable. This is the second time we have hired MY PLUMBING HEROES. Highly recommend MY PLUMBING Heroes!"

"WOW!!!  From the initial contact via email we were provided with a detailed answer to every question we asked by Jake's wife, Dawn.  She gave us a price for what we wanted done immediately and that price didn't change after the work was done.  We knew the exact name and model number of the filter we were getting before we even set up the appointment.  We were given the price that included the filter and installation.  We shopped around and did further research for a couple of weeks before deciding to get the work done.  We contacted Dawn again and she was super helpful and provided the phone number that we needed to speak with Yolanda to get added to Jake's schedule.  Yolanda was very professional and worked with me to find a date that worked with Jake's schedule and ours.  We knew that they take pride in their company just from our initial contact and setting up our appointment.  Our appointment was scheduled and Jake arrived between the one hour time frame we were given.  He was polite, professional, and very helpful.  Jake installed our whole house filter and cleaned up everything.  His work is very neat and professional.  Jake took time after installing to go over everything we needed to know about the filter as we took notes.  He also let us know that if we had any questions in the future that we could call him or email Dawn.  I honestly feel that he truly meant that and would be more than willing to answer any question that came up later.  We definitely found the best plumbing service!  Jake takes pride in his work and it shows in the business that he runs.  We will definitely use A-Master Plumbing for our next project.
