I have reached out as one of the biggest needs were kick plates as I am fostering as pups transition to forever homes. Largest gate no kick plate. Several boards nailed at top not bottom and vice versa. Missing part of kick board small gate other side of house. The holes and concrete blobs all along gate. Trash left in yard and all covers removed from faucets to use hose and then hose left in yard not put back away. I texted RHI, recieved note he would reach out. I then received message about 20 min out. I returned home to meet. I then recieved a message that Messed up on messages. I apologize. Then nothing. I wrote asking if he had stopped by, knowing he had not but no reply. Again I reached out asking him to let me know when fixing the fence and gate. Nothing but silence. Do you have an agreement of professional behavior expected. "

"We had hired Haven Hub to complete some work in our front and back yard earlier this year. Per our HOA, we had to come up with a plan and get it approved by our HOA which took a while. However, Haven Hub essentially bailed on us after the plans were approved with NO COMMUNICATION to us, despite us having a contract with them. It's one thing to not want to work with a nitpicky HOA, but DO NOT LEAVE THE CUSTOMER HIGH AND DRY!!! If you are no longer able to satisfy the terms of the contract, SAY SO!"
