"The entire process was well done from start to finish. I booked the job during the winter to ensure I would be an early spring installation. Scott was really easy to work with, very responsive and fully executed the items in our contract. Once the guys got started the whole process was fast. Removed old concrete porch, excavated the area, installed / compacted 5 inches of crushed stone, put a base of polymetric sand and then laid the pavers. They were perfectionists as well using survey equipment to get the right heights and slopes. The patio looks amazing. And the drainage solution Scott and team did has improved my surface water problem tremendously in my yard. Just a fantastic experience! One thing I will advise other homeowners is to understand there are upgrade options for the pavers and they are worth it. So budget in $1-2 extra per square foot from the contract price to ensure you get what you want."

"The retaining wall looked great. My only issue is that my lawn was left a complete mess after the work was done (dirt everywhere, grass buried in dirt/rock, patches missing). Despite this would hire again."

"I've used Evergreen for many years at 3 different houses. Jay and crew are great. Excellent communication, design ideas, and suggestions. They are quick and meticulous. I had them do a total rip out and redesign of the front yard at one house for which they had to remove several overgrown bushes, regrade, and replant. I also had them install a privacy fence across the back yard and a short split-rail fence with gates at both sides of the house. At the 2nd house I had them completely regrade, fill, reseed and fertilize my disaster of a back yard (It took more than 6 dump trucks worth of fill). They also built a 2 tier retaining wall along the 40 ft. driveway and another stacked stone retaining wall along a sloped part of the back yard. The back yard went from a patchy, rut-filled, weed-infested disaster with several rotten stumps to a level green playground when they were done. Along the way I've also had them do fertilization treatments, aeration and over-seeding, spring and fall cleanups, and cuts. We're now on house 3 and getting started all over again. I won't use anyone else. Highly recommended."

"Tyler and his team are nothing short of amazing! They are professional, kind, honest, and some of the hardest working people I have ever met! I reached out to Tyler for an estimate for a retaining wall and a drainage issue we were having in our backyard. Tyler contacted me and came out the very next day to assess the issue. He got back to us that same day with an estimate that was more than reasonable! Tyler told us exactly what we needed to have done: 1) A new retaining wall (our current one was crumbling because roots from trees we had removed were pushing through it) 2) a catch basin in the middle of our yard that would move through to the front yard through a pipe system 3) stump removal 4) leveling out our backyard to make sure the water would flow towards the newly installed catch Basin 5) grass seed 6) clean up He fit us in his schedule very quickly and work got started. What we thought would take at least 3 weeks took a total of four days! The men on site (Carlos and his guys) were so kind and were all so personable and polite! We were so glad they were working on our project and they answered any questions we had for them. I also thought it was awesome that Tyler was on site every day and spoke to us whenever we wanted to. This is an all around great guy and team! The guys also had their work cut out for them they apparently found huge rocks underground as they were digging and they Popped them out and kept going and then they found roots from who knows where. They worked so **** ** this project! They also cleaned up after themselves and did not leave us with a mess. Tyler even noticed a big tree branch had fallen into our yard after a storm and he and his guys cut it up and took it away without even thinking twice. Tyler’s Office Manager Darcy is the sweetest and she would reach out to us throughout the process to make sure we were okay and to see if we needed anything! This has given my family so much peace if mind knowing our water issues are resolved in our backyard. We also now have a beautiful space to enjoy! Our dog Carson monitored the entire process and he also thoroughly enjoyed watching the team give him the backyard of his dreams!
