"Tech was Bobby Rainwater. He showed up on time and was professional. Marantech isn't a system they work with, so he did everything in his power to diagnosis the problem, including making calls to Marentech and the original company that installed them in the houses of the subdivision I live in. It turned out an electrical part of the unit needed to be replaced, so he told me where to order it the cheapest price and how easy it will be to install when it arrives. He went ahead and inspected the rest of the garage anyways. He also gave me his personal line and told me to shoot him a call if I had any issues, and would even stop back by again on his own time if need be. Service was above and beyond, even though he wasn't able to complete the job, so I was happy to pay the service charge. Would definitely recommend this company."

"This a family business. They were super friendly from owner to workers. They arrived to take down the remaining fence that did not fall. They showed up on time (early) and when they said they would. They cleaned up all the mess of wood and cement. They started the fence with putting in the poles with cement and then came back the next day. They started putting up the fence and sent a picture to me to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it to be. Upon approval they had a very large fence put in in a day.  <br /> Their workers were friendly and very professional. <br />"

"Chris came out, listened to our desires and ideas, and drew plans for us.  He gave us two bids.  One was for a treated pine deck, the other was for the composite Trex. He explained the pros and cons of each.   My wife and I wanted something low maintenance, so we went with the Trex.  Chis was very helpful with explaining what he was doing throughout the project.  He completed this project very close to the projected completion date, with weather and the holidays being factors. <br /> I can not say enough good things about Chris, John, and Brandon. "Joe Frazier and his crew of four arrived promptly, received instructions, and worked diligently for over eight hours, pressure cleaning the vinyl siding and brick exterior of my house, large deck, and fences that had not been pressure cleaned since being built beside large oaks in 1991. Their work was meticulous and they were very considerate. They moved many flower pots, racks, all movable outdoor furniture, and the grill to clean the entire floor of the deck, replacing everything when their work was completed. The concrete looked freshly-poured, without stains. The siding and fences looked new. I don't know comparable prices for similar challenging jobs, but what I paid (about $31 per person per hour) was certainly less than the cost of a new paint job. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. In the future, I'll call Mr. Frazier annually for inexpensive touch-up pressure washing to prevent the pollen and mold from taking over again."
