"Friebel's team exceeded our expectations. The work was beautiful, they executed quickly, the individuals who came out each day to do the work were polite, hard-working, and cleaned up after themselves. We ended up needing them to create window wells, add a lattice work barrier between our carport and the back yard, and to close up an existing firepit in the yard and fill hole in. They showed great flexibility in doing these additional projects. Finally, while doing the paver, they realized they would have to fill an egress near our back door - they barely skipped a beat. Friebel had someone on his team with work in pouring concrete and handled easily. I again appreciated their flexibility and I was impressed by their professionalism. "I have used them for fall and spring clean up. they do a nice job. We decided to mow our own grass this year and discontinued that service HOWEVER I gave them dates to mow when we were out of town and they said they would mow -- I sent them a reminder by email, text and voice mail before we left. When we arrived home our lawn was not mowed and very tall. I was very disappointed and I thought they considered me a good customer. I have left them messages, texted them and sent email and they have NEVER responded. I always paid their bill in a timely manner and even recommended them to a few people.
