"Honestly - Ayoub Carpet Service is AMAZING!!! Both the person giving the estimate and the technicians who did the actual cleaning arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I truly am astonished at how clean they managed to get my (very, very dirty!) carpet!!! Willy and Jamie managed to get out years of grime and stains well beyond my wildest expectation. I have been so embarrassed of how bad my carpet looked I didn't want to invite anyone into my home. Now it looks almost as good as it did before 12 years of wear and tear (including a 135 lb dog going in and out the back door right onto this carpet)! Honestly wished I had called them years ago... I just didn't think it could get this clean again. Highly recommend and will definitely have them come do my next cleaning!"

"The 2 techs first showed up after my dryer had died and cleaned the vents (inside - out and also from outside-in) as much as they could but said they needed me to have an operating dryer so that they could make sure everything was pushed out the side vent and airflow was good. They were very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate when hiring any company without a first hand recommendation from my own friends/relatives first. They rescheduled a follow up appointment after my new dryer was delivered and were here the same morning and finished the cleaning and confirmed that everything was cleaned and working as it should now. I'll definitely hire them again next year and try to keep up an annual cleaning so it doesn't get so clogged next time. Highly recommended."

Professional, communicative, and thorough- their work is really wonderful! The team who did the assessment was thorough and the quote we received was honest, detailed and comparatively competitive to other contractors. The entire team has appropriate certifications in mold removal. I wish we’d gone with them for the mold removal initially as well- we had an unsatisfactory experience with another mold removal company but we had ERS add on safety cleaning measures and they were.
