"Thomas Custom Builders: Meticulous, Punctual, and Truly Transformative! We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). We had a vision for transforming our 40-year-old home, and TCB didn't just execute it—they transformed it into an amazing, dream-like space that we never want to leave. We will scream their praises from the rooftops! The entire process, from start to finish, was meticulous. Our initial discussions with Troy were detailed and thoughtful. As the project progressed, principals Dave and Rick were incredibly thorough, setting our minds at ease with any concerns or reservations we may have had about the construction process. TCB’s commitment to professionalism and transparency was outstanding. We had online access to the daily schedule, and our primary contacts, Project Manager Brian Smith and Site Manager Dan, were absolute professionals. They were patient, understanding, and very accommodating to our questions and needs throughout the build. What impressed us most was their integrity and commitment to their word. They were "straight shooters," never overpromising and approaching their work with the utmost professionalism and care. They said the project would take three months, and it was completed on schedule in three months. The only thing late was our duty to write this glowing review. If you are looking for a builder committed to quality, punctuality, and transparency, look no further than Thomas Custom Builders. They are the definition of professionalism."

"Given this job was performed at an office I wanted to complete the work on the weekend or late evening if possible and have the work completed prior to office hours starting. ICM showed up on a Saturday. The owner Israel showed up early. He introduced me to his employee. He explained and verified the process of work prior to starting. He evaluated the process and explained the unknowns but left me confident the process would be completed on time. He confirmed location of door and movement of the electricity. He listened to my needs and wants and achieved my goals. He was on site the entire time with a smile and positive attitude. The installation was clean, efficient, and done on time. I am very pleased with the work and I intend to work with ICM on other projects for both the office and my home."

"We used VKB for a complete bathroom makeover based on positive reviews online and found out how good they really are! This company knows how to do customer service and makes your home more beautiful! Junior was our designer and eased us through the design process. This was our first major renovation and Junior explained each step and what to expect. Jason Ali, project manager, was constantly coordinating, checking and communicating as the work unfolded. And to our delight, Pedro, crew leader, Ricardo, and Jose turned out to be our dream construction team. They were sensitive, polite, and skilled as they worked so hard each day. They kept things as neat as they could and without fail, cleaned up well each day. The project yielded some small problems and challenges but each was identified and solved. We could not be more pleased. Gary and Kate C"

"Arcadian Building and Design, owned by Arthur Tsiamis did a phenomenal job building an addition to my home. The Design exceeded all of our requirements and the project was substantially completed in just over three months. His team delivered a quality job quickly and at a reasonable cost. There was only one minor unforeseen site condition that led to a small change order to replace some rotting wood hidden behind my gutters. My neighbors were also impressed with his team’s work. In addition he did a great job communicating throughout the project. I highly recommend using Arcadian."

"We just remodeled our home and added about 700 sq ft. in two levels. We added a new kitchen, breakfast area and a basement. Studio76 is a design and build firm that builds custom homes. Before we signed a contract, we visited one of their new homes and were happy with the quality of the construction. We worked with Nate, the architect/owner, from start to finish. During the design phase he was very flexible and worked with us in coming up with a design that met our requirements. The project included a new kitchen/breakfast area, bathroom, electrical panel, HVAC, basement and demolishing the old kitchen into a formal dining area; almost like a new home. You would not notice the difference between the new addition and the original structure. It fit seamlessly with the existing home. During the construction phase, Nate and his manager were always available and were prompt in responding to any questions. The crew was efficient, and careful as we were living in the home during construction. They took protective measures to minimize the noise and dust. Nate and his team took care of all the required permits and inspections. The work was completed on time and within budget with high quality. We would highly recommend Studio76 for any project."

"Great guy, casual approach, does not ask enough questions. As a homeowner, I don't have his knowledge and is up to him to educate a little better. Overall, very, very good."

"replaced drywall and built custom shelves and painted entire bathroom"

"Thank you James Im, Antonio and crew for an amazing experience and a job well done! It is rare these days to find a home improvement company that you can trust from beginning to end. AHC staff and representatives ensured that every detail from estimates, to coordinating delivery of materials and quality control of installation was performed to the highest standards and exactly on time. James and Antonio/crew were attentive to our every question and concern, and in the end made the experience with AHC a memorable one worthy of the highest level recommendation. Bottom line: If you choose any other roof replacement contractor - you will be making a mistake!"

"This review is long overdue. I hired Virginia Home Remodel to construct a new full bathroom out of an existing large closet in my bonus room. They had provided a reasonable estimate for the job - in the ballpark (but slightly lower than) other estimates. David (main POC) is very fair, personable, and willing to go the extra mile to do what is right for the customer. The crew was courteous, professional, neat, and even provided some innovative design solutions that resulted in (hands down) the nicest bathroom in the house. David is now my "bathroom remodel" guy, and I'd also consider him for other remodel efforts in my home."
