At 4:30, I was told they were ?at least an hour away.? I rescheduled for the next day, initially quoted 1?3 pm, but was told late that night they?d arrive 7:30?8:30 am. I waited?no one showed. Updates kept changing: first ?35 minutes away,? then ?before noon,? then ?2:45 pm.? After two days off work and eight hours of driving, with constant broken promises, I no longer trusted them with my belongings. I requested a refund and deposit return. They agreed, then twice called back trying to offer a discount instead. On the third call, which I recorded, they again promised a full refund. It?s now been nearly a week?no refund, no response, nothing but silence. Completely unprofessional and unreliable."
