"Amazing Skylights quickly provided a very competitive quote to replace my gutters. Tanner was professional and very thorough in his evaluation and the recommendations. Communication was great throughout the entire process and the end result was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of replacing their gutters."

"Hey Duda thorough job making sure the roof leak was repaired."

"You may need to add some more stars to accurately rate RIBA Construction! They were prompt to respond and provided a written estimate that addressed all of my project requirements. Their estimate itemized each part of the project and included alternatives when appropriate. The work crew was punctual and professional. They did a great job replacing my skylights and re-flashing and waterproofing my old leaking chimney. The new copper flashing is embedded into the chimney mortar joints - no roofing caulk to dry out and leak. Before the crew left they blew all of the leaf debris off of the roof and cleaned up all of the construction debris. They will be my first choice for any future construction work."

"We first became aware of this company at a home expo. We were in need of additional insulation in our attic and were looking into a ridge vent being installed as well. During inspection, we realized we needed a roof too. We negotiated a fair price for all three requested jobs and work started about a month later. During the job, the workers mistakenly trashed our gutter helmets and some were damaged beyond repair. We discussed this with our project manager and they were ultimately replaced free of charge. During the insulation install, the workers dropped a hammer through our ceiling and left a hole. It was repaired very nicely within a couple of days and you can’t even tell it happened. The cleanup after was very thorough. I found 1 or 2 pieces of metal after, but that’s nothing compared to what I’ve seen other companies leave behind on jobs for my neighbors. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the work performed and the price paid. Aside from the somewhat pushy sales tactics on the front end, I’d highly recommend this company."

"They were able to replace the skylight in less than 2 weeks after the quote. They did a good job and make the finish on the inside look good. A few weeks later, there was a heavy rain and my new skylight is no longer leaking like my old one that was replaced."

"The workers showed up on time, were professional and careful, did great efficient work. They inspected the roof came back and replaced pipe jacks and resealed asphalt tiles."

"Excellent! Had the squirrels removed and whole roof replace"

"Great work! Ben supplied pictures of the work in progress and explained everything that was being done which showed the roof being pulled back to the "studs" and then how they put the new roof on. They also replaced the skylight at no additional cost. I will definitely recommend them in the future!"
