"Our issue was not Gutters/Downspouts, but outside on the roof better identifies where our problem was. The problem was the kitchen exhaust fan that goes out through the roof, and we were experiencing a large amount of wind coming into the kitchen through the fan exhaust. Mr. Alvarez went up on the roof, checked the fan & cover, inside conduit, cleaned leaves/dirt out, and re-secured the fan cover to the roof. We will see if this addresses the problem, or if a replacement cover is needed. Mr. Alvarez was safe, courteous, and examined the problem providing recommendations. My only suggestion for him is to advise clients when running late. Yes, I would hire him again for other jobs if/when needed."
