It started with Joe Carifa's spending a substantial amount of time with us trying to diagnose the cause of the leak in our master shower and then giving us thoughtful suggestions about who we could either fix the leak or ideas for a new shower. We ultimately had Carifa tear out the existing tile shower, tiled wall, and bathroom floor. Carifa installed a new porcelain-tile shower and porcelain-tile floor. Angelo, the installer, is a true craftsman. We are so pleased with the outcome. I also appreciate the work, and patience with all of my questions, of Joe, Ciera, and Angelo and his team. I am not easy to please, but they remained steadfast in their commitment to pleasing me and doing the job the right way. We definitely will use Carifa for our next bathroom project."

"There was a little mix up about when the work would start; however, once that got straightened out everything went very well. Had to rebuild steep steps on our raised front deck and did a great job. There was more rot than what they thought but the estimate held other than having to order some wood to make the repairs. Did a great job and had it done in 1 1/2 days. Highly recommend them."
