The day before they clean, I always get a note telling me when they'll come by (so I can hide to keep working and stay out of the way) and they're always on time. "Anthony is Extreemly Responsive! I happend to submit a request in the very early hours of the moring and he responded immeaditly! Additionally when I spoke to Anthony on the phone, I told him that my request for carpet cleaning and Tile Grout cleaning was an Emergency due to the house being shown the next day to prospective buyers.
