"Fantastic work! Achieved all of the functionality we were seeking and looks great too! Friendly owner and workers aiming to please the customer. Poured concrete for a basketball court with driveway to the sidewalk. Raised existing block wall. Rebuilt damaged block wall. Installed cedar fencing with two custom vehicle gates. Installed and assembled basketball hoop. Installed netting behind hoop. Reinforced existing steel frame carport with cracked welds and multiple anchor replacements due to wind damage. After reinforcement, there was no rocking with the strong spring winds. From shopping around, here are a few things I found unique about this contractor. Challenging to find a contractor willing to provide all of the services I was requesting. Hoop installation and assembly is avoided by others. Custom gates are avoided except if that is their primary business. Worth the wait. Would definitely hire again. All that remains is to withstand the test of time (5 months and counting)."

Delivered on his word and made sure that I understood what was needed and what was required. He kept me in the loop for the entire job. His staff were friendly and professional. After the job/roof was completed, he came by personally to be sure that all trash was removed, all nails were discarded, and supplies were collected. He shared drone photos with me so I could see the progress. I would hire him again in a minute. I was recovering from an illness. He was mindful and helpful regarding payment. "We got a horse-style fence installed with two doors on the side of our house. They also added doors to our chicken and goat areas and repaired that fencing. They did a great job. We would use them again for any more fencing needs."

"Mike and his crew were very professional and did a phenomenal job on wrought iron gates and fencing that had not been painted in 40 years. They took all the pieces to their yard, sandblasted and prepped all the pieces, and painted them. They also painted my porch poles which were attached to the house with no overspray or mess. This is critical in my mind. I am an interior designer and work with contractors and subs often. I don't use subs who do not maintain a clean job site. They kept me informed of the status of my job. It was very cold which slowed the drying process, and they called me and rescheduled installation. Great job!"

"Great -- I have a large window (~3'x6') that sits at an angle over a garden tub that was leaking and needed to be replaced. I hired Just Stucco and Windows based on all the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. They were always prompt, professional, and polite, and did a fantastic job on the window installation as well as the stucco repair around the window -- the color and texture is such a close match to the existing stucco you can hardly tell any work was done. Unfortunately, due to the slope of the window, water collects in the recess between the window pane and the frame and has nowhere to go, so it leaked shortly after installation (where the glass meets the frame). I called James and they came out to recaulk the window. Although it hasn't rained since then, I'm not sure if it will leak again, but I'm 100% confident that if it does they will come right and to make it right. Thank you James and your staff, I will definitely call you in the future when I'm in need of window and/or stucco work."
