"James and the entire Bondoc team were the best! When James initially came out to look at my roof, he was very honest and answered all of my questions. He came back with three different estimates for three different price points within my budget and came out again to show me different tile samples to choose a new color for my roof. The installation only took one day, and it looks fantastic! They cleaned everything up and were done on time. I couldn't be happier with who I chose for this project."

"I contacted Sola-lite and Greg came and gave me an estimate. As soon as the skylights arrived, Greg and Hurley came and installed the skylights. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Cody also assisted in the installation. They cleaned up when finished. I am very pleased with the installation. Would highly recommend!"

"Hailstorm hit my area a few years ago and after seeing a number of my neighbors getting their roof replaced I called a Texas windstorm inspector, who said my roof was 50% damaged and needed to be replaced. <br /> The way it worked with Texas windstorm at the time was that it had to be repaired or they would not provide any more coverage, so I called Berryman Roofing to quote replacements. In terms of money I don't actually know the final value of the repair, since it was through my windstorm insurance. <br /> I was fairly impressed with the two reps who came out to quote the roof. Texas Windstorm didn't seem like it was going to give me enough money to cover it, but the roofers assured me they'd handle it. Work started a week or two after I signed the paperwork. They suggested upgrading my shingles to a superior type, which cost me an extra $600 out of pocket (Windstorm will replace like for like, so upgrades were on me). I live on the Gulf coast so it wasn't a hard sell giving me 120 mph rated shingles over the 80 mph the original ones had. They were thicker, heavier and were also more resistant to hail damage. Look better too, so it wasn't a hard sell given that it's a tiny fraction of the overall cost of a new roof. <br /> They were in and out in one day. I left for work fairly early, before any of them arrived, and got home late that day around 7. The roof was completely stripped, new shingles put on and everything cleaned up and removed before I got home. I never actually saw them, but they also replaced dented fittings over my vents, put hoods over vents that weren't covered and in general did a quality job. <br /> They maintain offices here locally and said they will warranty their work, though so far I've had no reason to call them back out. Windstorm was a bit slow cutting me checks to pay them, but they weren't pushy about billing and after I paid out everything I was supposed to they dealt with windstorm directly and that was the last I heard of it. I presume the repairs cost more than what Windstorm budgeted for and there's some mechanism for them to seek out whatever the difference was, but honestly I don't know the specifics. <br /> I suppose I should mention there are roofing companies who will offer to 'pay your deductible' presumably by overcharging the insurance and handing money back to their customer. I know by my policies I was responsible to pay out of pocket for upgrades and for the deductible, so that sort of thing is insurance fraud as far as I can tell. Berryman won't do it, despite that it's fairly damaging for their competitiveness. Seems to be an honest company, and it's been around for something like 30 years so they're not going to just disappear after the job's done. <br />"

"Both the roofing repair and the drywall repair went fine, with workmen showing up when scheduled and doing a good job. $800 for roof. $2000 for drywall."

"Texas State Roofing did an OUTSTANDING job from start to finish. We have a large, multi-faceted roof that was damaged by Hurricane Harvey. From the beginning, they showed professionalism, promptness, and care. Gilbert, the rep we dealt with was knowledgeable, sincere, and accessible. He took the time to ensure our questions were answered, followed through on any issues, and made us feel secure that we were in good hands. He met with the engineer that our insurance sent out; he spoke directly with our insurance company when needed; he made sure the roofing team had everything they needed and he gave us a daily report on their progress. He was super efficient and thorough. Although work on our roof was delayed a day due to inclement weather, the team worked diligently to finish the job in the allotted time. Gilbert purchased a huge tarp to cover our pool to protect it from falling debris. When the roof was complete, there was no trash left behind; in addition, a magnet sweep was done of our yard and pool to pick up any hidden nails and copper pieces. We were impressed with the quality of work and level of professionalism, care and concern that Texas State Roofing provided. After completion, Gilbert went so far as to help us get the remaining funds that our insurance company was withholding! Our insurance company kept us waiting for 13 long months before granting us a new roof - Gilbert and Texas State Roofing made certain we did not have to wait a day longer than necessary! We now have a beautiful, premium roofing system that was hand-nailed with six nails per shingle. Needless to say, we gIve Texas State Roofing the highest recommendation to anyone looking for an esteemed, highly-reputable, reliable, and honest roofing company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"QRS did an excellent job on my roof. Matt Terry is the best. He came to my door and said I needed new roof and that he could help me get it done. So I took the chance and trusted him and he was wonderful. He did all the work with State Farm and I just sat back. I got full replacement on roof, gutters and screens and Matt made that happen. All this was done just before Christmas, so I can relax and enjoy the holidays. Thanks again Matt and QRS.."

"Our home has a large roof, with much of it on a steep pitch. As a result, toe boards are necessary to safely perform roof work over a large portion of the roof both during removal of old roof and installation of the new. Right about the time that the work commenced on our home, we had a couple weeks of frequent rains and high winds. While this caused the work to take longer than initially projected, the workers were careful to ensure that none of the heavy rains or high winds had a negative impact on our home. Especially appreciated was the care the men took to protect perimeter landscaping from suffering any damage during the removal of the old shingles. Similarly, they took the extra step to temporarily remove some of the gutters so that they were not damaged in the process. <br /> At the end of each day, the men cleaned up the grounds and even hauled away some tree cuttings that we had been setting aside until it was the right time to set such items at the curb for city pickup. After the job was completed, I ran a magnetic tool across the yard to pick up any stray nails or staples may have made it into our yard. I found a few but not nearly as many as I had expected. My wife told me later she had seen the workers using a similar tool themselves. The extent to which they went to maintain a clean work site was a very pleasant surprise. <br /> As for the quality of the work, I have absolutely no complaints. Every where I looked, it was evident that they were an experienced crew and knew what they were doing. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"It went really well .. I'm out of state and couldn't be there, but my realtor attended and a thorough inspection was performed. It always makes everything simpler, when you’re dealing with professionals! We’d just signed a contract on a house and needed and professional inspection done, quickly. PJM was very responsive to our needs, they were out within 2 days of request, and didn’t overcharge us for the inspection of our new home .. and with short notice too, they really covered a lot! Identifying and expertly assessing some items we’d already noticed, but more importantly, a myriad of issues we had not! Devon Christopher was our Inspector, and he performed a very thorough inspection for us. In his inspection, he examined all of the “surface” type things you’d anticipate but he also referred us to the appropriate professional for each issue identified – plumber, electrician, pool company – all of which is a very logical and analytical approach to what was needed. Moreover, he provided a very detailed written inspection (it’s 96 pages long!), which coupled with photos, will make our task easier in identifying and getting things corrected and/or repaired. Devon provided us so many pictures of the issues identified, which is a huge help in supporting his findings, along with excellent "going forward" advice and recommendations, for "checks and maintenance" of systems and equipment to prevent costly breakdowns in the futures. Everything from filters on various home appliances and equipment, to home laundry appliance issues and the pool lining for possible recoating in the near future; all of this important to us and ALL of it VERY valuable information to our purchase, since we've a) never lived in Florida before, and b) never had an inground pool! So, from professional handling, quick response time to meet our schedule, and a very reasonable price for their service, I’d highly recommend PJM. If you’re looking for a proper, thorough inspection, it’s good to leave that to professionals."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
