"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."

He was courteous and professional throughout his visit and answered all of our questions regarding the work needed and why. He provided an estimate the same day, which was fair and covered the services indicated. Lim and George who performed the work were also punctual, professional, and very nice. They finished the entire job on the same day and really did an excellent job overall on all of the work performed. They even went so far as to match the bricks they used to build up the chimney, which is 85 years old. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the work. Vick and his team also followed up after the main job was completed on a cap and assisted with the inspection performed by the township.
