"After the central office remedied the slight scheduling snafu, we were off to the races. The 2 workers, "R" and "L", were awesome! So professional, helpful and polite. They listened to what I needed and completed the work ahead of time! In fact, I had to find more work around the yard for them to do. So in addition, they also laid down landscaping fabric, did some weed-whacking around the perimeter of the yard and added the 4 bags of garden soil to my fall garden area - one of those chores we 'meant to get to', but with the stifling heat and humidity, we kept putting it off! It wasn't as professional in interaction as I'm used to having with folks. He showed up without any paper or documentation at the house. It wasn't as structured as I'm used to. They did alright, with all that's said and done, they did what we asked them to."
