What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I contacted Ideal Roofing and Mike inspected the roof within 24 hours, taking pictures and explaining the issue to me.
