"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. I can not thank Acculevel enough for their hard work and reasonable pricing for my job. I would highly recommend them for all your foundation and stabilization needs. The work was done in the winter months and the crew and work-site were kept very clean. The outcome was excellent and the addition turned out beautiful. <br /> But what made the most difference was Gary Harms himself. Unlike most builders, Gary is very customer focused and detailed orientated. He keeps you informed every step of the way so you don't have to wonder what is being done. He makes suggestions/recommendations along the way so that you can make sure the work that is completed is to your liking. He is always accessible and available when needed. This was very important for me because this is a cabin and I am not at the home regularly to inspect the work. With Gary you don't have to worry about what is going on, he will make sure you are informed, and most importantly, happy! He also did a lot of "custom" work that he suggested and all of it turned out fantastic. "It took a couple months to schedule the work but at each piece (estimate, electrical, excavation and installation) they called ahead, arrived on time, did all the work required with professionalism and courtesy. They even volunteered to clear the snow from my driveway by shovel when my machine wouldn't start. The use of plastic sheets and a high efficiency vacuum system connected to the jackhammer kept the dust down."
