I received a call stating the technician would be running late, which I understood. However, by 1:00 PM, no one had arrived, and I ultimately had to cancel. I was then assured I would be the first and only appointment the following day (Saturday). Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again?no arrival within the expected timeframe and no clear communication. Taking time off work twice for missed appointments is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Reliability and communication are critical for service-based businesses, and this experience fell short on both. I hope the company takes steps to improve scheduling accuracy and customer communication moving forward."

They came right out and gave us an estimate to rewire our whole house due to our house having aluminum wiring that showed signs of burning, scorching, etc They began the next day and Heyden and Elijah came out and began the work. They were later joined by Mike. All three of them did a great job, were very easy to work with, friendly and hard working. John, the owner called me to see how the work was going and if I had any issues. There were none because all of them were outstanding to deal with. They were all a blessing to my family for the way they worked and their professionalism and personalities. My house now has safe wiring and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and have them do any future work for me and my family. I wish I could give them 10 stars out of five.
