One was friendly enough but spent a lot of time trying to sell me on a set of very expensive speakers. I asked several times to have all wires run for the surround even though I had not unpacked my "inferior" speakers but they did not. I got tired of asking and the length of time it was taking to run the ones they had was unbelievable so I gave up. I used to do this for a living so I know the situation they were attempting to install in was not ideal but it still should not have taken that long. Service was priced high due to the length of time they spent on doing the job. I should have done it myself.
