"The deck, chandelier, handrail, and UV projects were done in October. The windows required a special order and were installed on two consecutive days in December. Mr. Jackson and his employees did an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous, and left the work areas very clean. Chris is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. This review should have been posted long ago, but better late than never."

"Antonio and his team do a wonderful job! They came to the house to provide an estimate and discuss the work needing to be done. Then they came to do an initial "deep cleaning" and we have hired them to come every two weeks to do a “general cleaning”. I was amazed with the thorough job they did. Due to health issues, we haven’t been able to keep up with the cleaning of the house. It was such a relief to have our home so clean. With the deep cleaning, we understood that they would wash the inside of the windows. When I walked into the living room while they were cleaning, I looked out the window and was puzzled because they were just “too” clean. I asked Antonio about it and he said that he went ahead and did clean the outside of the front windows because he wanted me to be happy. The work ethic and pride Antonio and his crew have for their work is admirable. Antonio always calls the day ahead to confirm and shows up on time. They work for the entire time they are here and are very friendly and kind. Besides the great job they do, we enjoy their company. I discovered Antonio’s Services at a time of great need. "Wallstructures LLC did a fantastic job installing new pavers for my patio. John was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the process, what materials needed to be used, etc. he was able to come out quickly for an estimate and started the work right away. Unless the weather was bad, John was there everyday until the job was finished. He provided information on the best pavers to use, we went over design and colors. When the vendor didn’t have the exact colors I wanted originally, he gave me suggestions on what to get instead. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out and would definitely use this contractor again."

"Everything Mike said he would do, he did. The old caulking needed removed first, and that was a lot of prep work, especially on the second story windows. We went a little over the project estimate, but that was due to the amount of prep time it took. No mess was left after the work. Communication was excellent all the way. Highly recommend this handyman to anyone in need of having their windows caulked and exterior foundation painted."

"T&L did a great job for me. My backyard was extremely overgrown & the front yard needed bushes to be trimmed, leaf cleanup & they even reset my toppled mailbox. The backyard was especially challenging as it was covered in ivy & I wanted it down to bare earth (for future patio). They were great at communicating with me, professional, dependable and reasonably priced. I hired them again to haul away furniture (sofa, chairs, stove, etc.). Price was very reasonable & completed in about 2 hours. I would not hesitate to hire T&L again!"
