Rex (the owner) is great; he's very personable, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly no high pressure sales pitch, which we greatly appreciated. Darrin Sr. (installer) and his crew (Darrin Jr. and Rob) came out for the installation; they are professional, courteous, meticulous about their work and really nice guys.
