"T. was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, and accommodating. I wanted a specific color (blue) to match trim on house.....that wasn't possible, nothing T. did. The paint was the trouble. T. was honest and offered options. We selected grey which T. painted himself. Very happy with the choice. He also completed the siding all the way down to where the doors are (not done by prior owners), and replaced damaged siding unrelated to door replacement. He worked meticulously. "I called Central Jersey Garage Door Company and they were very professional when I called. I was given a 7:30-8:30 time frame. The gentleman came out and showed us the problem. He said it was a simple fix and we could do it ourselves. We were quite impressed at that point. Another company could have told us that it needed to be fixed at a major cost ot replace the door altogether. Not knowing anything about garage doors we could have spent a lot of unnecessary money fixing a door that was a simple homeowner repair. We were told that there would be a service charge for someone to come out. Amazingly he didn't charge us at all. How often does that happen today?
