"I was in an emergent situation, inexplicably lost power after mysterious flickering and dimming for a day. PP&L wouldn't connect me with a real person and ultimately told me it'd be 3 days to check on the problem. It was 19 degrees, and I had no power. PPL was at my home within 2 hours... and Fused didn't charge me for the visit. It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo. Chris and Jake were the install personnel that worked very efficiently and had the unit up and running within five hours. They also were very personable and took tremendous care of my needs. Lastly, I had a follow up the day after it was installed with Jesse who did a fabulous job inspecting and making sure the unit was running efficiently and properly as well as his knowledge of showing me proper thermostat settings.
