"Brian is an excellent installer. He also is in construction and when installing appliances, he can make adjustments to your cabinets, etc. He does excellent work. I had another company install a dishwasher and they did a terrible job. I was given Roberts Restorations Inc name, and called him. He came out and did a fantastic job installing my dishwasher. He had to made some adaptations to my cabinet where it was enclosed. He spent a great deal of time and effort and now it looks great. I highly recommend Brian. "I called and made a next-dayn appointment  for an arrival between 12:00 and 2 p.m.  I received a call the next day at 10 a.m. that technician could arrive in a bout 20 minutes. Mike arrived shortly and went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problems: the dryer needed a switch on the door. The washing machine was operating properly. The problem was the impaired draining of the basement sink which caused some of the  expelled water to  backflow iinto the washing machine. I later called my long-time plumber and he opened the drain.
