"Contacted Stellar Construction to replace original decking with a two tier deck with cover and a patio. Micah was very responsive, walked me through several options and we decided on the overall design and layout. First came the demolition of the old decking, then the patio and finally got to the deck. There was some extensive rot around the window and door leading to the deck, so after a quick consult the Stellar crew pulled out the rot, fixed that side or the house and then installed the decking. Keep in mind this is the middle of winter and they are working in the rain and at one point snow. Extremely pleased with the final outcome and have already BBQ'ed twice (in February). The Stellar crew were all friendly and pleasant to interact with. I work at home, so it was nice to see them everyday and watch the process. Highly recommended."

"David did a great job.  I thought we had a problem with our Master Spring but he determined that the spring was fine and did not need to be replaced. He suggested some maintenance work be done. He moved and lubed   a couple of roller mounts,  secured the garage door motor more securely, added rubber padding to the bottom of the door on both sides to make it seal properly and adjusted the tension on the spring to make the door move up and down more easily. Took about an hour and well worth it."

"It went well, and the garage door is still working well, too. <br /> We first called Metro Overhead Door in early October 2014 to repair our garage door.  They <br /> quickly sent a repairman to inspect the door and the motor.  At that time, the repairman replaced the <br /> broken switch that opened the door from inside the garage.  He also serviced the garage door opener and <br /> spring.  And he straightened out a bent garage door hinge.  Finally, we bought a remote garage door opener from <br /> the repairman.  Cost: $126.00 <br />   <br /> The repairman came a couple of other times to service our ageing garage door mechanism.  <br /> The spring needed to be tightened, in one case.  Service calls cost $100.00. <br /> On January 2, 2015, the repairman replaced the garage door opener motor and provided us with new <br /> remote garage door openers.  The old motor died and had to be replaced.  I believe the motor was about 15 years old. <br />"

"Excellent. Steve and Sandy maintained prompt phone and email contact as we settled on the scope of work. Steve visited the house a couple of times to estimate and plan the work, and was always considerate of our schedule and keeping punctual appointments. He was able to save us a lot of money by restoring our rusted out rail, making it work and look like new. We were impressed with his craftsmanship and eager to have him do all of our rails. Our front porch concrete had cracks from settling, but Steve figured out a way to fit the rail where it would be useful to us in spite of the cracks. If a fit or an angle didn't look just right to him, he took it back to his shop for correction. Our rails are rock solid and look great."
