"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. The Job: My roof was installed incorrectly around the chimney by the original installer which caused the decking underneath to rot out.
