Alex came over to assess and showed me that unfortunately it was beyond repair and proceeded to show me why after spending over an hour trying to fix it. He did not charge me for that assessment and his time attempting to repair as many other companies would have. I hired the HVAC company that we utilize, and they reported it not coming from the HVAC unit and suggested that we have a roofing company come to look at it, which I did.
