They demolished my old brick steps which had pulled away from the house, tore up the concrete foundation under the steps, poured new concrete with rebar attaching into the wall of the house, completely rebuilt my seven step set of steps, six feet wide. Checked condition of gutter and checked to see if water flowed freely down the spout. And they checked area on roof around the gutter which included the chimney. After careful and thorough examination, they determined that gutter is not the issue but rather chimney in the area needs repairs instead to replace the rotten wood."
