"The pro did the work of cleaning out the dryer vents. However, they left without discussing what they learned from the work. The picture that they sent with their project completion did not have particularly good pictures and did NOT show the lint that was removed from the vent exhaust. Moreover, the summary description of the work simply said that no problem was detected. Nothing about the exhaust cleaning. I called the office. The lady I spoke to kept talking about the quality work they did which did not answer my question about the lint removal. She did say there were pictures attached to the report. I agreed, but it was only of the vent and the roof. She sent me additional pictures that clearly showed the volume of lint removed on the roof. In my opinion, this whole experience could have been avoided if 1) the report summary explained that lint was removed, in addition to "there were no problems noted", and 2) all the pictures taken by the technicians been included."

"They cleaned my dryer vent. They were responsive with good communication. We had an issue with a clog. Noah had to disassemble a piece of the pipe to remove the clog. I appreciate him going the extra mile to clean."

"Very courteous and punctual team! Would happily work with Clean Air Atlanta again."

"Laszlo did a fabulous job. We “supposedly” had the dryer vent cleaned back in November. They obviously did a terrible job. Our clothes were not drying. Laszlo cleaned the vent and many years worth of build up was removed."

"Had my HVAC duct cleaned as well as dryer vent. They did a great job and explained exactly what was being done and showed me photos of before and after. All around great company to work with."

"John was very professional . He informed us how important it is to keep dryer vents clean to prevent any mishaps. He was very quick and effective. I would highly recommend!"

"Came to my house but was unable to clean my dryer vent as it was flexible. Nice person. Spent a good amount of time trying to sell me carbon monoxide monitors and other things. Charged for coming out even though he was unable to do the work."

"Alex is very professional and knowledgeable. He truly cares about a customer?s job. Will rehire always."
