We had alot that needed to be done: ripping out old carpet to install new hardwood that would match our old, install new hardwood in a kitchen remodel with no flooring, buffing out our old hardwood floor, and fixing a stain problem. They went above and beyond, even upgrading the fixes to be done beyond what we paid for because Felipe believes in honoring his quote while doing the job the best way it needs to be done. We chose a really lovely matte finish that feels so natural for the decor we are going with. His solid reviews are there for a reason. "These two brothers are the best, They completely removed and disposed of my old carpeted floor and replaced with white Oak hardwood floor, They also replaced all the old (1970) under flooring, with new thicker wood. then sanded , stained and sealed the whole house, It came out beautiful. "Overall, okay experience getting my floors replaced on 2 levels. I was on a time crunch and do appreciate them getting the work done in time. However, I pointed out several items that were unsatisfactory. I paid additional for painting the trim and moulding and fixing a dip in the floor, and painting the ceiling that were not completed. The crew also got some scratches on my newly painted walls. After trying to chase him down for a few months to resolve, I have given up and found another contractor. The actual flooring work was completed well, just not everything around it unfortunately."
