"We hired Malcolm to do our restaurant tenant development from scratch. He did a wide range of jobs, from concrete, framing, drywalls, to painting, carpentry, etc. This guy is a kind of perfectionist. You don't need to keep your eyes on him all the time. You can just tell him what you want, and show him a picture if you cannot describe what you want exactly, He can deliver that. I took many pictures of his work. If you would like to see, I am glad to show you. Those frames he did were very beautiful. He aligned every line and made every corner and connection tight. Also, he always thinks in our shoes to help you save money. He gave us lots of good suggestions and took advantage of some wasted materials. We worked with him for about three months, and witnessed that he built the restaurant up. If there is one thing I would complain, I would say that he probably have higher standards than people who hired him. So, if you want to assist him in his work, make sure that you can do as good as he does. Or ask him how you can do that better, he is willing to show you the way."

"Jared was incredible. He re-worked our door frame and put in a new front door. It looks incredible! I would definitely hire again!!"

"Went great, our new doors look amazing. Dave did a great job making things work when the door manufacturer shipped us doors that had some problems. We love our new doors!"

"Great. He professionally installed and finished staircase hand rails and shower grab bars. He also repaired and rehung a couple of doors so they shut properly."

"Oscar and his partner were exceptional! The damage to my front entry door was pretty bad and they did an excellent job repairing the door jam, locking mechanism, framing and casing. I highly recommend Oscar and LAVO Construction LLC! His kindness and professionalism was excellent. I will definitely use Oscar and LAVO Construction LLC for future jobs. Thank you very much, I appreciate it!"

"Kyle is awesome. I spent months dealing with sagging doors and inadequate fixes. Kyle came in and fixed all my doors within the hour. He is happy, friendly and does a great job. He has also installed shelving in my home. He is a master carpenter. I highly recommend Kyle."

"Sione and all of his crew were extremely professional and performed superior work. They removed a very badly heaving, sinking, cracking and spalling driveway and walkway. Many neighbors have commented on how nice the driveway looks. Sione also investigated and identified a problem with a footer that was sinking that supported the roof over a patio. Sione devised a plan and installed a new footer, filled voids under the concrete patio, and replaced two basement stairs and a sinking drain pad. If you want quality work that is performed to the HIGHEST STANDARD then hire Sione and Jay Concrete. Sione always keep us informed when work would be completed and if there were or might be delays"
