"Buyer Beware. This company took six months to install my shower, despite promising a 2?3 day installation. When I placed my order and signed the contract, I was told someone would call to review my selections to ensure everything was ordered correctly. That call never happened. After my shower was demolished, I was informed that an incorrect piece had been ordered, which took over a month to reorder. When the installers returned, they discovered another piece had been measured incorrectly and had to be reordered as well. More than a month later, once the second replacement arrived, the installation was finally completed. The installers themselves did a great job, and the final result is beautiful. However, the overall process was extremely frustrating. When the company followed up to ask if I was satisfied, I explained that while the finished product looks great, the experience was difficult and poorly managed. It appears there is little to no quality control"
