Not only does Wes *actually* respond to calls and texts (lol), he will respond promptly, thoroughly, and accurately, and he’ll patiently answer any questions. He won’t overpromise or bait and switch - in fact, I think he’s more likely to overdeliver. S&S relocated and upgraded our service panel, installed a generator inlet, and replaced our main service line. Prices were very reasonable. They coordinated with the town inspector, who told me he was very impressed with the quality of S&S’s work. "Quality work! Frank came out for three jobs.. Two electrical jobs and one outdoor project. 1) installed new lights in my basement and moved the switches to a more logical location. 2) removed an old lamp post outside and shut off the electrical lines that ran to it. When my wife and I decide what kind of lighting we want outside, we will be hiring him again for the install. 3) removed several small-medium boulders from the property. Also moved a large pile of scrap wood to our burn pile (would have taken me hours). Highly recommended for general handyman work and/or small tractor work outside."

The day the work was scheduled, he was on time.. overall I was very pleased with the results. Before leaving, I told him about a light fixture just outside the bathroom that wasnâ t working. He was able to identify the problem which turned out to be a defective switch. He had the part and was able to repair the light fixture for a small fee. "G and W Electric. Talk about dedicated to his business and his customers. After coming to my business and checking out our needs. He put together a plan to replace my whole electrical service at our Laundromat/carwash. This was by no means a cakewalk. My concerns were how long will my business be shut down. G&W assured me he would stay and work until the job was done. Well he sure did. He showed up at 2 in the afternoon and began working. He actually worked 24 hours straight and had the brand new service completed at 2 the next afternoon. Now that is dedication to his customer. Will i have him back in the future? Hell yes. We talked about a generator for our building and will see what comes of that. But as far as work ethic goes. He and his company are top notch and I recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done. Apparently no job is too big for this company."

"WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home. They installed the rods within days of the roof repair and were patient with our questions. Fast forward 5 years, after our recent roof replacement, I asked if they could come out and inspect the rods placement. They are extremely busy due to the stormy time of year but were good about contacting me with updates on when theyâ  d be back in the area. They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again. Very happy with the service, their professionalism, and work. I recommended them to our neighbors and would definitely have them install rods on any future houses."
