"Finding a company that will do one window is hard. Chaney was recommended by someone who did work on our house. They responded within a day or two, measured, gave us our options which were numerous, and about 8 weeks later (supply chain, everything takes longer than you want) they installed the window, it's perfect. I couldn't ask for a better experience. We highly recommend these guys."

"Bad product. Windows leak and ice up"

"This was an extremely bad experience. I had shower glass installed on 11/16/22. It was the worst caulk job I have ever seen. It looked like he smeared the caulk on with his elbow. There were 3 leaks (at the shower glass corner and at two of the clips). They did not come out to fix the problem until 12/21/22 - over one month later! Next time I took a shower it was still leaking at one of the clips. They came out to fix it a second time on 1/18/23 - more than 2 months from the original install date! Again there was still a leak. I emailed them about my frustrations and asked for a discount. They did not respond to my email. 6 days later I emailed them again after contacting a different shower glass company (Perfection Glass) to come fix the problem. They finally emailed saying they would give me a discount but that giving a discount would void the warranty on both parts and labor. Since the warranty seemed irrelevant from them anyway, I took the discount, and will have Perfection Glass fix my problem. As an aside, for those who don't know, all parts are warrantied for life from the parts manufacturers, so the only part of the warranty which is voided is for labor. I could have gone into much more detail about my frustrations, but the long story short is that I had a leaky shower installed which had still not been fixed after two months. I'm not saying don't use them; I'm simply giving you my experience. Good luck with whatever you decide."
