"It was absolutely great. I continue using because of the service is the best."

"My experience with Elite Cleaning Services was phenomenal! As soon as I walked in, the house smelled like fresh lemons! The ladies were so respectful and professional. If you are looking for quality cleaning with affordable prices, I highly recommend them!!"

"This cleaning service is excellent--consistently. The team that comes is on time, completes their work professionally and the house looks just great. Very dependable and personable--I look forward to them coming on their regular schedule. I didn't realize what I was missing until I could see and experience it."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"We had our first cleaning thru Heartland. Teka was punctual, professional. We've used cleaning services in the past, and this was the best yet. Excellent and very thorough job. she was friendly and listened to our cleaning priorities, then went above and beyond. Very happy with her and Heartland."

"We love Emily and she’s been extremely dependable and affordable for our needs. She’s been working with us every two weeks for close to one year and I trust her implicitly in our home. She always shows up with a positive attitude, is kind and loving to our pets with an impeccable eye for detail. She accommodates a special request from time to time and continues to exceed my expectations with each visit. I’ve recommended and given positive reviews on multiple platforms because she’s really helped us keep our house much cleaner than we ever could ourselves."
