"They came out the next morning after I called. They did the work right away and were done in less than an hour. They were professional and took away the old shingles. It's very helpful to have guys like this because you can't have your entire roof replaced every time you have a leak."

"The cons: Punctuality. Day 1. They called me an hour after they were supposed to be there because the Foreman had a family issue. OK, I understand. Day 2. Perfectly Sunny Day, 88 degrees. They no-called, no-showed. When I called them, they cancelled due to the weather. Then the Foreman calls me personally to tell me that they didn't get the parts in. Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! The pros: The job was done right the first time. It's been about 6 months with a few heavy storms and some snow, and there have been no leaks or other issues. Also, the exhaust pipe came out of the house on one of the seams, and they had trouble get the boot to look nice, but they worked until I was satisfied. I will take a punctuality issue over a leaky roof any day :-) Over all, Job Well Done!!!"
