"Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. With two of them here, I felt like they could have done more."

They stopped by and politely introduced themselves, and asked permission to inspect the roof. After the details were completed their crew came and finished the job in two and a half days. The crew was very polite and skilled, and they did a great job. "My neighbors had ROCA Roofing & Construction (ROCA) remove and replace their roof due to storm damage.  I was impressed with the quality of work and the expediency in which the job was completed.  ROCA had placed a sign in my neighbor’s yard, so I called the company to see if they would come and take a look at my roof.  A sales representative came to my home the same day and assessed the damage to my roof.  It was a very easy process.  The sales representative and the insurance adjuster worked together to prepare an estimate for replacing my roof.  The roof, vents and gutters were replaced and the exterior of my home was painted.  The sales representative went above and beyond the scope of work approved by the insurance adjuster.  I told him that I needed to move numerous concrete yard ornaments from my back yard to my front garden.  He offered to move the yard ornaments for me and did so the same day with the help of another sales representative. I was so pleased with the work they provided, I recommended ROCA to two other friends which resulted in two other jobs for ROCA.

Roger and his crew did a great job on both our kitchen and bathroom remodels.  He was very responsive to my questions/ requests.  I felt that we had a good working relationship throughout the whole process.  He was easy to contact and returned calls/texts in a timely manner.  The people that worked in our house were professional and did top quality work. When we had issues with work, we did not think looked its best or did not work properly, he came in a fixed them.  It has been two months since our remodel was completed and I couldn't be happier.  I love my new kitchen and bathroom.  They are both exactly what I envisioned them to be and I appreciate that it was completed in the timeline that was outlined at the beginning of the project.  I would highly recommend Roger Allen and Associates.

"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. It did not turn out well. He did a good job, but did get done nearly what I thought he was going to get done. I thought he was going to manage to paint the woodwork in one room but he got a bookcase painted; that was it. He was very slow and did not have the materials he needed when he got here. He was a very nice young man but he was not as prepared as I thought he would be and I did not want him to do anything else. There were no additional charges. The bookcase painting looked great."
